Exchange and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority!
We are committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. For this reason, we offer a 15-day return policy for most items*. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

  • All items must be returned with the original receipt or shipping confirmation email.
  • Merchandise must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in 100% re-sellable condition, with all tags intact.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Breast pumps and accessories.
    • Fragrances.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products like strollers, car seats, high chairs, bouncers, play yards, and electronics come with a Manufacturer Warranty (read more in the Manufacturer Warranty section). This warranty covers damages or broken parts starting from the date of purchase.

Because these products are covered under Manufacturer Warranty, Luna Baby Store reserves the right to not accept returns for used items in these categories.


Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
  • Apparel: Must have hangtags attached.
  • Car seats, strollers, and electronics: Must remain in unopened boxes.
  • Displays, open-box items, and discounted items: Are not eligible for return.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 


Return Shipping Costs

  • Babytunes does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.


    • Please send your prepaid label requests to cs@babytunes.us, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs.
 
    • Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

 
  • UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $13.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.


    Exchange and Return Policy BRAZIL (Final Sale)

    All sales made through the Babytunes US website with delivery to Brazil are final. This means we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

    How to Submit a Request:

    1. Notification: If you identify a manufacturing defect, please notify our customer service team via WhatsApp at +55 (11) 98634-4101 within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

    2. Documentation: Provide photos or videos showing the defect, along with a detailed description of the issue and your order number.

    3. Review: Our team will evaluate your request, and if the defect is confirmed, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include replacing the product or refunding the purchase amount.

    Important Conditions:

    • Excluded Products: Items damaged due to misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper care are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Processing Time: Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receiving the required evidence.
    • Shipping Costs: If a manufacturing defect is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the product exchange.
