Shipping Information

Babytunes US only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico. 

    • Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2 business days of order receipt.

    • FedEx and UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast.

    • Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.

    • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.


  • Items that are orderable should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

  • Please note that once a ups tracking number is generated for an order that order can no longer be canceled.

International Shipping

100% of the products sent by Babytunes US are dispatched from Miami, and the shipping time is up to 5 business days after payment confirmation (special orders and products marked as made to order may take up to 2 weeks to be sent).

Shipping from USA ---> Brazil is done through a Babytunes US partner USAFASTBOX air carrier and distributed by the Brazilian Post Office.

Babytunes US is responsible for delivering all packages/orders properly labeled and with valid tracking numbers to the USAFASTBOX shipping company.

The delivery time to the customer's address varies from 15 to 25 business days, and may vary according to the agility of the service of the partner shipping companies and the Brazilian Customs Service.

Some examples of delivery time after shipping:

From 2 to 5 days to arrive in Brazil;
From 2 to 20 days for the mandatory passage through Brazilian Customs;
From 5 to 10 days for the Shipping Company or the Brazilian Post Office to deliver to the address provided.
Therefore, your order may arrive in 15 business days or, if you accumulate the longer periods, it may arrive in up to 25 business days. The common delivery period (for more than ninety percent of shipments) is 15 to 20 business days.

Holidays during festive periods such as Christmas and New Year may extend the delivery period.

Lost or Late Delivery

For it to be considered lost or misplaced, a period of 90 days must have elapsed without movement. During this period, the shipment may still be delivered late. If the postal object (carrier tracking) remains unmoved after the 90-day deadline, you may choose to have another item sent or a full refund.

We do not compensate for delays, only for loss.

Non-delivery due to incorrect or insufficient address

Providing the correct address is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer. Changing the address, missing information or providing incorrect information may result in the permanent loss of the order, since this is an international shipment and we are unable to change the address after the order has been dispatched, nor do we have the ability to change it after it has been shipped. In this case, Babytunes US is not responsible for any loss or misplacement resulting from errors in the address provided.
