• The use of Lansinoh gel compresses (multiple pads) should not exceed three weeks. If nipple pain persists beyond one week or if the nipple is cracked, bleeding, scabbed, blistered, or excessively painful, seek advice from an International Board Certified lactation consultant or healthcare professional.

Instructions:

• Open the packaging and remove the gel pads.
• Take the gel pad out of the reusable tray.
• Carefully place the gel side directly over the nipple.
• Remove the gel pad before breastfeeding or pumping.
• Gently wipe the breast with warm water and dry before breastfeeding or pumping.
• Reapply the gel pad over the nipple at the end of breastfeeding or pumping.
• Reuse for up to 72 hours or until fully saturated.
